We are looking for a board member that can assist SecureConf to be acquired for $3.5M which includes a software update from the existing Flash based product to the current industry standard of HTML5/WebRTC. The successful candidate will be paid $350,000 upon completion of sale.

We are offering something unique, we are selling the actual source code to run a web conferencing service company that will drop recurring costs to that of hosting a website. In addition to our web conferencing software source code we also install the open source Asterisk® software. Implementing Asterisk® in an organization can reduce ongoing telephone costs by 50%. Included in the purchase of our source code is free installation in as many global servers as required.

Our target clients are any global company spending $1,000,000 or more with a web conferencing service company, any existing SAAS company in any vertical market wanting to easily increase their income with existing clients or anyone wanting to offer a secure web conferencing service to generate a large residual income.

For a fraction of the investment it would take to compete globally against any web conferencing company you could enter a multi-billion dollar market. Our product will allow large firms, hospitals or governments to self-host web conferences behind their own secured firewalls. The potential global markets are any global SAAS companies, governments, large banks, large law firms, hospitals and telecom companies like AT&T® and Verizon® that are buying services from WebEx® and others. We have the programming staff in place to update our software.
